On another note, well done to Andrew, he scored well in the majority of his games and has proved himself to be a consistent player of the strong variety! On another note, have to feel for Archie who proved himself to be highly capable himself and was the victim of an unlucky draw. But this means no Bob in the finals as it stands

If there is a ninth then it won't work out well for one person. Either whoever could become an octochamp or Adam rolston. Would they let the one who became 9th seed carry on for the next series finals?

If Aptery is indeed correlated with octochampdom, Apterite Sam Reilly may give us a ninth, but he'd have to start either tomorrow or Monday to make the S79 deadline.
