TOWAGES has been on apterous since the beginning. It was last offered by DC in 2005 (http://wiki.apterous.org/Episode_3930).
I suspect the second definition of being a charge for something, e.g. HAULAGE/CAKEAGE, used to be one of the sort of mass nouns you could pluralize.
