Still Thursday for a few hours yet over the other side of the pond, so not too late to wish Jason Larsen and any other Americans a Happy Thanksgiving!

Thank you, Julie!
Jennifer Philippart is on this forum too, but she hasn't been here in a very long time!
I slept, ate and had some family time with my mom. I ate the traditional Thanksgiving meal with homemade cranberry sauce and sweet potatoes. I liked it very much!
I have always found it interesting that the British people who have since passed away were not thankful for America becoming a country! I've met some British people who moved here in the US, and they are very tolerant of it.
Case in point, I had a great Thanksgiving!

Glad you had a great time, Jason!

A couple of hundred years ago, Britain was very keen on having an empire. We've evolved since then.

Thank you, Julie!
I had more leftovers from Thanksgiving dinner again tonight, and will have them again tomorrow night. Then, I will have some more groceries so I will finally have a chance to eat something new.
Again, thank you for your best wishes, Julie!
