So, December is now in full swing, which means that the series finals are on the horizon.

Thanks to last week's results, Liam Moloney is now guaranteed a place in the finals, but now it's a battle to see who will take the last spot....

Will Matty Artell keep his place, or will our current champion Scott Babb steal it off him

Just to be clear, if Scott loses this week, then Matty will be in the finals, and have a quarter-final with Tom Carey to look forward to.

Nicki Chapman remains in DC until Wednesday, before David Baddiel takes over on Thursday.

Can't Jane still qualify for the finals by winning every game this week, losing next Monday, and achieving a higher total than Matty over those 6 games?

Oh yes, thought too far ahead there. But, today's win for her will keep Liam in #7, so he'll play Jonathan Wynn a week on Wednesday.
