Another big day is upon us in Countdown land. John Hardie has a chance to be the fourth octochamp of the series. Unless he gets a record breaking score, he will be the current number 4 seed, win or lose. But can he be that number 4 seed as an octochamp?

Ridiculous method for 3rd Numbers: ((8 + 8) x 10) - (100 - 75) - 3 = 132

Great moment for David at the end there with POPULIST - had me beat!
Brilliant play from John from what I've seen of his run - he will be tough to beat in the finals, especially if it comes down to a crucial!
