Spoilers For Bank Holiday Monday August 31st 2015

So, it may be the bank holiday, and there might be a lot of horse racing around, but Countdown rises above it all to still bring you some numbers and letters goodness.
And with a brilliant champion in the chair, it's a good thing too
Jonathan Wynn has 5 wins to his name, and he'll be hoping to be the 2nd octochamp of the series on Wednesday, and if he averages 111.67 in the next 3 shows, he'll overtake Stephen Briggs as the #1 seed for this series. I'm sure one person who'll be happy at avoiding Jonathan is our very own Matty Artell, who is debuting on Thursday, when Jonathan will have been and gone come what may.
Greg Rusedski stays in DC until Wednesday, before Dr. Phil Hammond takes over on Thursday.
