So, at the end of the week, we have the eagerly awaited Countdown in Milton Keynes, or .co.mk to look forward to.

Unfortunately, thanks to the horse racing, we're restricted to just 2 episodes of regular Countdown this week.

In the champions' chair, after his remarkable run of 3 wins, each with 89 points, is Kevin Breeze. Surely, he'll score something different today

Back in DC, is the man who has been in the chair more times than anyone else, Gyles Brandreth.

I was in the audience for these next few episodes, and there's some good entertainment, let me tell you.

Fwiw this was the first game I ever saw live. I echo what Robbo said, good stuff.

I assume Susie tried to reject REMOTER, hence the odd comment from Nick about having to edit it.

I feel a little cheated that we didn't get to see a clip of Mike's appearance on Japanese TV.

I don't think so, not really sure about that. Certainly no Susie problems this time. Shame all the 50 Shades of Grey stuff in round 2 after SUPERB BONERS was cut out, but ah well, was joyous fun early in the morning for us in the audience.

Also a nice MAX GAME to start with, hoping that Jonathan Wynn would do similar later in the day. (You'll have to wait another week to see him on the show. )
