So, we're just over a week away from the series finals, and by the end of tomorrow's show, we might now the identities of all the final 8 contestants.

The 6 octochamps are already through, and if current champion, Steve Redfern (already 4 wins to the good) wins today and tomorrow, then both he and the current #7 seed, Gavin Woolnough, will both qualify for the finals.

Steve Backshall is in DC between today and Thursday, before Gloria Hunniford returns on Friday.

Andy will be around with the recap later.
