Yeah he was a good player. He was so nervous during the first few rounds that he was visibly shaking - had he not made a poor start due to nerves, it would've been a lot closer.

A bit off form there but the main thing was to get the win. Well done, Dan.

Certainly not Dan's A game but there were still some impressive moments, particularly NANOTUBE, TERATOMA and TROUPIAL. Most players would love to be able to play like that, so I wouldn't be so downbeat about it. Ben finished strongly and must have been kicking himself about the first two parts.

Also UNNAILED in round 13 (in ODO and ODE2 but not ODE3) and UNATONED as an alt. to NANOTUBE, but nowhere near as nice.

I wondered about UNNAILED, might have risked that one.

Some good spots in there Dan, well done again.
