Spoilers for Tuesday August 5th 2014 (S71 P21)

Post by Jordan F »

Tricia Pay has arguably been the strongest contestant of the series thus far, and she's backed it up with 5 solid wins. Based on the last few series, she could probably use at least a 6th to get into the finals. Can she get it today?

Bit of an oversight from Nick not to go to Susie with SASHAYED as the teatime teaser answer. Also there was a very clear "chee" from Rachel when a G came out.

LEADWORT in round 7. Great performance again by Tricia.

EDIT: Having looked for MAZARINE in the ODO, it only seems to come up as "Mazarine blue" and not MAZARINE on its own. Unless I've missed it, then I don't think it would be allowed if it only appears in combination.

I thought it may have been borderline dodgy, though the word on its own (lower-case) appears in our dead-tree Chambers' dictionary.
