I think that was the only max DC didn't get - a few alts around such as BARONET in R12.Zarte Siempre wrote:PERILLED in r13

I noted Priscilla fell into the CSW traps I mentioned on the 'forthcoming contestants' section. I had Jessica with me [for a change] and she would have instantly gone for MOTHIER (from RMTHPOEIA) instead of MOITHER^ (CSW only) in round one and ABORTED (from NKOEDTRAB) instead of BORATED^ (again CSW only) in round twelve.
Jess saw HEINOUS in round eight and SUASION in round ten!! Then just pipped Priscalla on the conundrum. My only claim to anything was spotting PERILLED in round 13 when Jess didn't.
My other daughter Natasha, solved the second numbers game by 3 x 25 = 75; 4 - 1 = 3; 3 x 3 = 9; 9 x 75 = 675 and 675 + 8.
So I think a application for an interview is due for her some time soon.

1st Numbers Alt.: ((100 + 50 - 9 - 5) x 6) + 2 = 818
3rd Numbers Alt.: ((((7 - 5) x 50) - 3) x 8) - 3 = 773
