So, after probably one of the most controversial ends to a week in the show's history, let's hope for some more positive news this week. :D

And thanks to Bobby Banerjee, we should do. He just needs 48 points to become the number 1 seed for the time being, but I'm sure he'll be hoping to become the first octochamp of 2014, which he will be if wins today, tomorrow and on Wednesday. Will that be the case, I wonder........... :?:

Making her 2nd stint in Dictionary Corner this week, is the former Blue Peter, now BT Sport presenter, Helen Skelton (or Helen Skelton-Myler, as she is now known, thanks to her recent marriage. 8-) )

Andy will be around with the recap later on. ;) :) :D  8-)

What did you expect from a Huddersfielder :?: :P

HEMIOLA in round 2, NOVATE in round 11, MATSURI in round 12 and SHEADING in round 13.

3rd Numbers Alt.: ((75 + 2) x (5 + 1)) - (100 / 25) = 458

Spotted AMORIST but not the common word TOURISM. Letter 'u' can be tricky sometimes.

The recap and the wiki give 6 as the max for round 7 - is TOXEMIA not valid?

I agree, I liked him.

Although I generally also like Nick, I thought his joke about Ray's weight was a bit out of order. I know he seemed to take it in good spirit but it still seemed unnecessary.
