I was actually looking for a suggestion similar to the current "Gambledown" ticket that I remember from years ago, but I couldn't find it. Any benefit to my penis picture predicament would be coincidental.

Cheers for the thought, but no, not quite. As I recall it proposed some sort of double-or-nothing option for maxes, but people shot it down because it would just give the top players an even larger advantage.
