Re: Spoilers for Today - 3rd June 2010
Unless I'm mistaken (hopefully James will confirm) we should have a very good idea of the line up for the finals today.
If Scott wins Claudia is safe as Scott or anyone else can't win enough before the series ends and if Dom wins today he will probably be in because even if he loses tomorrow he'll almost certainly score the 102 points he'll need to overtake Claudia in two games.

OK, let's put it like this.Douglas Wilson wrote:Unless I'm mistaken (hopefully James will confirm) we should have a very good idea of the line up for the finals today.

You're more or less correct, Douglas (for once).
If Scott wins, the finals are sorted.
The quarter-finals (which begin a week today) would be:
Oliver Garner v Claudia Tyson
Danny Pledger v Nicki Sellars
Dave Wilkinson v Lee Graham
Peter Zyss v Craig Chittenden
Then the semis would be:
OG/CT v PZ/CC
DP/NS v DW/LG
Then the final in 15 days time would be:
OG/PZ/CC/CT v DP/DW/LG/NS
Although, if Dominic wins today, he would put himself well in the frame to get into the finals.
So, pretty exciting stuff.

Re: Spoilers for Today - 3rd June 2010
Irrelevant now, but had Scott started one show earlier and done enough to get into the finals with 6 wins unbeaten, would he have gone into them in this series, carried over to the next, or had a choice?

Much simpler 2nd numbers:
((4 x 9) - 3) x 10 = 330
((4 x 9) - 3) x 10 = 330

3rd Numbers Alt: ((10 + 6) x 8) + 5 - 1 = 132
Very impressive performance, Scott.
And as mentioned above, the series finals are now set.

This selection came up in my audition BLOKIESTY (not in that order) and I tried BLOKIEST, as did series 62 contestant Chris Bell. I put the selection through a solver when I got back and saw I could have had KILOBYTES and OBELISK. Thankfully I spotted OBELISKS today and knew BLOKIEST was invalid.Liam Tiernan wrote:You and 15 other people, (me included) http://www.apterous.org/viewgame.php?ga ... 5#r1411935, so I kept looking and spotted OBELISKS.James Robinson wrote: EDIT: And BLOKIEST in round 13.
