In light of what happened in the St. George's Day thread, here's an idea. It's word association, but with pictures! That means it's 1000 times better!!
Post a picture that is in some way related to the previous (or not), and we'll see how quickly this turns into just me posting pictures of raccoons.

It's cos mine's out of sequence - I must have clicked reply immediately as Matt posted it. His is a reference to Death Race 2000, but mine was one to a playing a Race Game. Meh, still kinda works...
That's actually the reaction I hoped for. That's David Carradine playing Frankenstein in Death Race 2000 - connection, albeit loose, being that the Death Race in question was a "racing game" (a race, and entertainment) just like your board game.
Now just need someone to connect Carradine/Frankenstein to the BNP for me! :-s
EDIT: Ah shit yeah, I get you now Lesley! Sorry for being quick. Race game to race game to race game it is then, where will this thread go next...

And did Ashman used to be a taxi driver?
My guess is that Lesley was referring to Fred Housego who is one of the more famous winners of 'Mastermind'. Fred was a taxi driver. From Egghead episodes I believe Ashman was a civil servant.

Cheers Ry. Just checked his wiki - and yeah civil servant. Good knowledge of the Housego, I've never been a big Mastermind watcher. Thanks man.

Haha. I tried to start this and it just got ignored!
I think the Homer one - cartoon of a raccoon to a cartoon of a man, i.e. Homer. That's just about ok with me.
Not sure how we go from hot pussy to a man-shaped doggy-style pencil sharpener though. ESPECIALLY as they do a bloody cat version of that pencil sharpener haha

Maybe that's the link, actually, and Ryan thought the cat one was too obvious. The best I'd managed was 'red', since there was a red pencil. I think the lad might be too clever for us.

I got from cat to pencil sharpener based on that joke about the inventor of the cat's eye (Percy Shaw) saying that if the cat was facing the other way he'd have invented the pencil sharpener. Then I got from Michael's picture to Homer because in an episode of The Simpson's Homer get's a pencil crayon stuck up his nose.

Haha. This is classic association stuff. You're both genius and a one-off man-mental Ryan. (But seriously, let's get into using small-font explanations for the hard ones so we can keep this thread picture-based!)

Dude! Pay attention. The explanations are in smallfont under the images, click the quote button to read it.
And your image of Eva doesn't seem to be working, though I know the connection is obvious
