Discount link dump

Post by Julie T »

I thought that, especially considering the recession, plus post-Christmas bank balances, it might be a good idea to start a thread showing discounts we become aware of that may be useful to other forum members.

I'll kick it off with 2 50% off links from Pizza Hut. N.B. 50% off full menu price, not other deals.

1) Dine in:

http://vouchers.pizzahutoffers.co.uk/50 ... il+30Dec09

Available all day, Sunday to Thursday until 31/01/2010
We've used these in previous years, and it was possible to print off different vouchers for the same household, just with different names and email addresses.

2) Delivery ordered online:

http://www.pizzahut.co.uk/delivery/?utm ... +2nd+email

Quote code: EMA5326KY at checkout. Valid till 14th February 2010. As it's one code, I expect it'll probably only work once per household.

Sorry, there's no discount here - unless you take the £9.99 "bargain" bucket at its word - but I just found this funny:
Entire Refrigerator Rearranged To Accommodate Leftover KFC Bucket

But of course, saving leftovers and not binning them counts as a form of money saving too.

Good software for students for all school, college and university students.
Things like Microsoft Office Enterprise Edition for £51ish, saving >£400.
Also available to their families, so if anyone's a student and wants to adopt me please get in touch. Thanks.

Edit - can confirm I've just received Microsoft Expression Web as a genuine disc, registered etc. These people are for real :D

Shouldn't any sentences with the words "good" and "Microsoft" in them be in the oxymorons thread?

The same for less than a tenner, but only if you're an NHS worker, like my mum.
