Re: Spoilers for series 61 quarter finals
I feel really stupid for believing there would actually be some spoilers in here, but would have been annoyed with myself for looking and thus tarring my enjoyment of watching them in 3 weeks.
Oh and disgracefully being a studio season ticket holder doesn't give your a priority ticket for the playoffs and thus James missed out to the glory hunters (or maybe because tickets were in such high demand they couldn't justify giving two seats to one arse).

Re: Spoilers for series 61 quarter finals
Just for info - I've never been a contestant, but have watched since 1982. I was there yesterday (17th) and there were a few spare seats in the audience. Sarahlee said that some people book but don't then turn up. I tried for a ticket today but none left. For those who've never been, superb atmosphere, definite family feel, including the contestants - thanks guys.

Who won?
If I suddenly have a squirming baby on my lap it probably means that I should start paying it some attention and stop wasting my time messing around on a Countdown forum

Just in case anyone would make the mistake, obviously don't give away the results of shows that haven't been broadcast yet, even if it is in a 'spoilers' thread. I don't think anyone would be that dumb, but you never know...

When it's all finished, any chance of someone sending me a message with the results?

Having just got back from the filming I know all there is to know. Information available for the right price, as Dudley the warm-up guy was suggesting trips to the bookies.
Bidding starts at £10,000
