Some good rounds today. I scored 113 without the conundrum and getting 7 for that impossible last numbers. So 126 was potentially on at one point. A "par" score of getting 7 in all the letters and 10 everywhere else gets you 120, so that would have been 6 above par. With all 7s and 8s, that was 6 8s and 4 7s! And DC beat me twice I think (PASTORIE and WIRETAPS).

But the main point - all this nonsense about Valentine's week. It's not a thing. It's just a day. At least we can look forward to pancake week next week.

I quite liked the content warning. Was waiting for Susie Dent to explode into an expletive-laden rant, which sadly never materialised. Maybe one day.
