Spoilers for Friday 8th November 2024 (Series 90, Heat 88)

In Round 10, Dictionary Corner suggested GOOPIER. However, when searching “goopy” in Oxford Dictionaries Premium, it is not found under “goopy”. Therefore, goopier is not a valid word, as per the rule which requires comparatives and superlatives to be listed under adjectives with two syllables or more.
