Time once again to bring Countdown back to Scotland!!
Venue:
Our venue is the function room of the Bungo restaurant, just south of the city centre of Glasgow, just on the south bank of the River Clyde. The address is 17-21 Nithsdale Road, Glasgow, G41 2AL.
It is around a quarter of a mile away from both Pollokshields West and Queens Park railway stations, and there are many buses on Pollokshields Road (A77), including the 3, 4, 38, 57 and 103.
General Overview:

We will aim to play between 6-8 9R matches, then have a 14R SF, then a 14R Grand Final centrepiece between the top 2 players.
We also aim to have our usual lunchtime quiz combining Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? and Fifteen to One.
Prices/Rates:
Co:Glas will take place on Saturday 12 October -- doors open at 9:45-10am for a 10:45-11am start, finishing at around 5:45-6pm. The admission price is set at £12.
There is food and drink available at the venue, we have a bar in our function room, and we can bring down tea/coffee from upstairs into the function room.
NOTE: We have been told that NO outside food can be brought in or consumed on the premises (remember, it's a bar/restaurant upstairs).
We also intend on having a meal, but that is still to be sorted out.
