BIOTICS** is not valid as BIOTIC is an adjective. Searching 'biotics’ directs to a nounal definition, but when scrolling up it reveals that definition is for PREBIOTIC(S). The auto-direction might explain why it was accidentally allowed.

Thanks for flagging that! Really annoying as I'm sure it wasn't valid (I would have heard of it if it was). And it's a short enough word with common enough letters that it would have been played already in the past.
