Has the sky fallen in yet ?

Post by Marc Meakin »

Well , like it or not , today is indedepence day.
What is likely to happen ?
Should we rejoice ?
Should we campaign for s referendum to let us back in ?
I am just going to wait and see.
I think on the whole this will eventually be a good thing.
Hopefully in my lifetime

Yes - far from 'having got Brexit done' we are now only at the start of a long series of negotiations which are unlikely to have been completed in my lifetime (I'm 93).
Truly the Devil is in the details. :(

I'm expecting to see at least 100 from you. Although perhaps that won't be enough time.

There are ways of cheating the system though.

Better still, you could actually reach the age and have many records and documents to support it. Not that that will stop Gevin from discrediting you of course.

Mellor, sorry I mean GEVIN, your application for "forum troll 2020" has been successful.
Ashton Hancock will be along shortly to pass you the tiara, sash and sceptre.
Congratulations!

Let's not parachute the record breaking Jeanne Calment, into threads that have nothing to do with her pls?!
