Spoilers For Monday November 10th 2014

Post by James Robinson »

So, we're now exactly one month away from the start of the finals, so time is of the essence :!: :!:

Will current champion Laurence Killen take one of the 3 remaining spots, I wonder :?: :?: After an impressive 118 on his début last Thursday, he dropped down to a modest 85 on Friday, but with an average of just over 100, he could still be one to watch this week.........

Sian Williams finishes in DC today, before another breakfast TV host, Kate Garraway is in from Tuesday-Thursday, as there's no Friday show this week. :(

Join Andy for the recap later. ;) :) :D

I prefer George's.
Possibly the first contestant to accelerate with a mic clipped...

Call me cynical, but I think Sian only queried the correct spelling of RANDOMISE/RANDOMIZE so everybody would know she had got it by herself and hadn't cribbed off Susie.

I got 557 using the standard method in the time but haven't tried beyond that.

If 553 was the one away 6 small, then I got it at the time, but can't remember what the numbers were now. It was basically 79*7 though.

I'll go for "gullible" or "naive" instead of "cynical" then, if that's okay. There's no fucking way on earth she got that on her own, and I can't see why you'd think that from her pathetic bit of acting. If she's literally the last person available in future and gets booked again, can Susie also write down how many letters there are in each word so we don't have to watch her count them ffs. Awful guest, absolutely clueless as to how to play it.

She was annoying, but not as bad as some guests who can't read SD's writing and offer words that aren't even in the selection, leading to SD reaching over and writing it more clearly for them! That's just funny ;) I just think guests should play along for themselves, like Gyles B, John Parrott, Graham Cole [the cop], and others I forget who haven't appeared for a long time, but that's a topic for elsewhere I guess.
