Air dates and guests?

Post by Dave Preece »

Just a quick question, forgive me if I'm being thick:

After Pam Ayres we have a fresh guest on Dec 4th, this guest will be on till the 10th, then a fresh guest will be on from 11th to 17th, but then there are only three programs left: SF1, SF2 and the final. How is this all going to work; or is the info on the wiki wrong RE: Final on Dec 20th?

If you read the spoilers thread, Dave, you'll see that the final is definitely in the 20th, but I've no idea how it's working out, maybe a couple of specials are being recorded too, or 2 of the days are 4 shows and the other is 5.

Come forth, Countdown Team :!: :!: :!:    :D :D :D

I'm guessing there's only one session on the Monday, and two on the Tues - one for the heats in the morning and one for the first 2 QFs (and maybe the last heat game as well?) in the afternoon, before the 5 as usual on the Weds (2 in the morning for the last 2 QFs, 3 in the afternoon for the SFs and F). I'm pretty certain about the last bit but don't know if the rest of it stacks up.

I like that you put the space in "air dates".

Well, looking at the times as given on the emails sent out, there looks like there's no difference from a bog-standard set week, so I'm still amiss............. :P

Dictionary Corner.
I'm not dead yet. In a rut right now because of stress from work. I'll be back later in S89. I also plan to bring back the Mastergram - if I can find a way to run a timer or clock through pure MediaWiki without having to upload to Vimeo every time.

I could be wrong but I didn't even think Corby was taking the piss (admittedly, a rare occurrence) :? Thought it was more to do with AIRDATES^ previously being valid as one word, but is now two. Even if he was - no need to be so defensive all the time. Chill, brah 8-)

I think this is more Zarte's area of expertise.

You are completely correct, I was being complimentary about his Countdown dictionary conformity.
