Spoilers for Wednesday October 16th 2013 (S69 P71)
It's the end of the era of Hirsi and now the beginning of the era of Hartnett. Mark Hartnett won a high scoring game to get on the mark, can he get another?

Nice to hear Reading get a mention in the intro - I used to go to Oscar's, a club in Reading, too (also have been in Reading Gaol).

HEPARIN again as well as that OUTSIDES / SUBEDITS round. Seems some letters need shuffling!Callum Todd wrote:R5 identical selection to R12 yesterday! (thanks Zubair for pointing that out)
Thought SULFATED might be there for 8 (as an alt to defaults), but apparently not, only SULFATE.

I don't think SULFATE can be used as a verb, it's just a noun as far as I know.John Garcia wrote:HEPARIN again as well as that OUTSIDES / SUBEDITS round. Seems some letters need shuffling!Callum Todd wrote:R5 identical selection to R12 yesterday! (thanks Zubair for pointing that out)

Quite happy with today, just missed on a max game thanks to GRUNION.
Interestingly, Arlene's daughter, Alana, appears on the credits as a make-up artist. (Presumably mother knows best on that one. )

It isn't a verb in the OED, but it is a verb in other dictionaries, e.g.:Callum Todd wrote: I don't think SULFATE can be used as a verb, it's just a noun as far as I know.
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/sulfated
and is a not uncommon word in scientific papers, e.g. many of the first page of a google search are science papers:

You must all remember Jon O'Neill having SULPHATED disallowed against Conor in the 30th birthday championship thing.

I'm not dead yet. In a rut right now because of stress from work. I'll be back later in S89. I also plan to bring back the Mastergram - if I can find a way to run a timer or clock through pure MediaWiki without having to upload to Vimeo every time.

Dang, that hurts. I'd forgotten. I reckon SULPHATED should be put in the dictionary. It would make a great conundrum if nothing else!Gavin Chipper wrote:You must all remember Jon O'Neill having SULPHATED disallowed against Conor in the 30th birthday championship thing.
