Well, it's back to another week of Countdown, and having been in the audience for this week's shows I have a bit of a headstart on most people.

There were plenty of brilliant funny bits throughout the entire, although I'm fairly certain all of them have been cut out, so you'll probably have to wait till Christmas, when they'll be on It'll Be Alright On The Night, one assumes.

Anyway, in the meantime, we have Rory Coleman in the champions' chair, becoming the first man since Dan Skelton two weeks ago to occupy that chair today Can he withstand the onslaught of today's challenger, Cherry Ann Grant (For all you Apterites out there, as well as the eagerly awaited début of Zarte on Wednesday, part-time Apterite Graham Harrison will be on tomorrow as well. )

In DC this week for his 6th stint is comedian/impressionist, Jon Culshaw.

Indeed, me and Jonathan Rawlinson (who I sat with for the first 3 shows of the week, along with Zarte's mother and grandmother) were well delighted when we saw it.
