Was he watching from home when he beat you?
Re: Bar Billiards
Experiences of bar billiards, or experiences of being beaten by Richard Brittain?

We have a bar billiards table that we bought from Churchill College in Cambridge. It currently resides in the garage as we don't have room in this house for it.

It's a pretty awesome game and a pretty silly one at the same time. How much is the going price for one, out of interest?Karen Pearson wrote:We have a bar billiards table that we bought from Churchill College in Cambridge. Re: Bar Billiards
IIRC it was about £400 but that must have been 8 or 9 years ago. But, looking on Ebay, recent ones have gone for between £400 and £800. The main issue with trying to buy one is that they are extremely heavy so you need a van and several very strong people as it's very difficult to get anyone to ship it.
