Rather a good example of how 'shortspeak' can lead to confusion. Newspaper headlines are notorious for this, e.g "Solicitors give poor free advice". And apologies for the currency of this, but the BBC website is presently giving me surreal images: "Jo Yeates' body was missing sock". One word can make so much difference ... and save so much misunderstanding.
