Jack: BURNERS (7)
Jamie: SNARE (5)
DC: BARRENS (7)

Jamie: 860. Mistake in working.
RR: 861. ((6 x 5) - 9) x (25 + 8 + 8) (10)
Score: 33–6 (max 47)

Jack doesn't get close. Jamie thought he had 860 but made a mistake, so nil each. Rachel shows the way to 861.

Jennie McAlpine talks about when she was in a restaurant and sang Happy Birthday to a couple enjoying a romantic meal.

Round 7: C P P U O I R N A

Round 9: 2, 4, 1, 1, 2, 3. Target: 529.

Jack: -
Jamie: -
Score: 44–6 (max 61)

An impossible numbers game results in a blank all round.

DC: FOLIUM (6)
OT: MUCIGEL (7)
Score: 54–11 (max 83)

Round 13: T S T I E O S N S

Jack: tensions
Jamie: settions
DC: STONIEST (8) NOSIEST (7)
OT: SONSIEST (8) STENOSIS (8) TOTSIENS (8)
Score: 54–11 (max 91)

There are real 'tensions' in the studio, but with only 1 N, Jack finds himself out of the points. Likewise Jamie, as 'settions' is disallowed.

Round 14: 7, 3, 4, 10, 10, 25. Target: 175.

Jack: 175. (3 + 4) x 25 (10)
Jamie: 175. 7 x 25 (10)
Score: 64–21 (max 101)

A slightly easier numbers game sees both players get 10 points for 175.

Round 15: A F U L L T E N T

Jack buzzes on 1 second to say FLATULENT which is correct.
Final Score: 74–21 (max 111)

So Jack gets FLATULENT to score 10 more points. Surely he could have waited  Well that clearly was a stinker for Jamie as he only managed 21 points against a now 3 times champion. Jack now marches on to next week. How far will he go? Join Andy McGurn on Monday to see if he can get win number 4. I'll be back next Friday. I hope you will join me then. Thank you very much for reading, and goodbye. :)
