C1: EROTICA (7)
C2: EXACTORS (8)
DC: EXOTICA (7) EXORCIST (8)

Score: 57–86 (max 113)

Neither player managed to get anything at all out of this round. Rachel saw 781 very late and we had to wait until the end of the programme for the solution, but it came eventually. :)

Round 15: G L A U C O M A E

C2 buzzes on 3 seconds to say GUACAMOLE which is correct.
Final Score: 57–96 (max 123)

A very quick conundrum by Brett to seal a magnificent win over a good player and a thoroughly nice chap, Adrian Day. Brett becomes champion with 96 points and on this form could very well go a long way. Have we finally got our first octochamp of series 70? Brett certainly has the potential and ability, and depending on who he meets over the next few days he could do it. Join Andy McGurn on Monday to see if he manages his 2nd win. Well that's about it from me for this week. I hope you have enjoyed this recap, and thank you as always for reading. I'll be back next Friday. Will this be Brett's 6th game, or will there be a new champion in the meantime? Keep watching to see it all unfold. Until next week, have a good week, and goodbye. :)
