I largely agree. If you need to take medication to get to a level playing field then sorry, you just suck. If you can't compete without it then you've already lost. It would be like allowing people with glasses into a who has the best eyesight competition if, at the same time, you could get glasses that helped poorly sighted people see normally but became telescopes for people with 20/20 vision.

Would like to see a level playing field so why not allow medical aides as long as it is not life threatening
