Just had a carbonara which I wrecked slightly as I overcooked the eggs - was still edible.

I'm finishing off the beef curry that I made on Monday, with a big plate of rice. Had it yesterday too and it was fucking delicious.

Todays snow furry gave the wife an excuse for not cooking tea tonight.

I've had to settle for a Sainsbury's pepperoni pizza.

I had a jacket potato along with a tin of baked beans with mini sausages in them.

All that while doing today's recap. Not bad. 8-)

Braised a slab of pork ribs slowly in the oven in a liquid sauce of store cupboard stuff - soy, honey, tomato sauce, ginger, wine vinegar, for about 3 hours. Added a bag of stir fry veg to the sauce when the meat was starting to fall of the bone. Served with rice and finger bowls.

Yeuch no, people have awful taste, and seem to eat creamy dishes or things with peppers/mushrooms/other minging things in.

Rather than reading a menu. I 'd like to be able to go into the kitchens and have a look at what's on offer. I'm a fan of puddings being on display in a glass cabinet in an 'is it on the trolley?' stylee, with a big jug of proper cream. Squirty cream is the spunk of satan.

Remind me not to cook for you, Ian.

I've always considered brussel sprouts as the devils testicles so maybe that combination really would be food hell.

Stop a moment and think of the logistics. No one rubs spunk into their balls, not even the devil.

I think you are missing my point here.
This would be brussel sprouts with squirty cream inside in a 'Mini Kiev' stylee.

I like lots of veg, I just have issues with food with nasty texture. Also, some weird flavours are pretty minging. Had an unknown rice ball in breadcrumbs today - it tasted like lemongrass, orange zest and an unknown spice which almost had me gipping. Maybe mace.

BTW when I started the thread I didn't just mean for you to post on that day, you can do it as often as you like.

Tonight I had Spag bol, garlic bread and a green salad.
