May I offer constructive feedback, Christy?
It would be useful to say at the top of the survey what the product is - I got to the flavours question, and my response about drinks might be quite different to, say, my response about condoms
The 'Which would you prefer' question would be better as multiple choice - I can't like Energy and Sports drink, but not protein powder.
