How often do you go to the toilet?

It has been brought to my attention that I rarely go to the toilet. It began when I went to Los Angeles on a work trip and went the entire way from baggage drop-off to baggage reclaim without going for a wee. (Hopefully one day I get sent to Australia and do the same. The idea of going from London to Sydney without going to the loo once is strangely appealing. Pioneering, perhaps.) Subsequent explorations on the topic have led me to conclude that I go to the toilet on average only about 2.5 times a day. I don't hold it in - I just don't need to go.
Apparently this is a strikingly low number. I promise you I hydrate properly but there we are, apparently I'm a freak. So, how often do you go? What should I be aiming for? [obvious joke available here if so desired]

I average 2.5 just for a no 2.
I usually go for a wee every 3 hours, but I drink a fair bit of coffee

I would say 4 or 5 on average.
Unless I've been drinking,in which case 45 on average.

4 times a day I guess?
Once went 30 hours without going for a slash. An inspirational tale involving long periods of time without access to a loo (mainly a 12 hour journey from Cornwall to Manchester) and excessive prudishness/anxiety when I did have access. I only used to drink about 250ml a day though.

Five or six times during the week as I'm usually drinking tea constantly.

Probably a similar amount to you Mark. I don't drink as much (water) as I probably should though.

At least 6 times a day, sometimes 7-10 if I'm in a work environment that features free coffee. IBS is a bastard.

Also whilst we are talking toilet habits.
Am I the only one who can take a shit and then after I have wiped and washed my hands, can then immediately take a piss.
Maybe it's an age thing

Probably 8 times a day. Yesterday my bladder went from empty to bursting in 40 minutes flat, which doesn't seem normal to me.

This was discussed a while back I believe. In the "men who sit down to wee" thread possibly, or one of the other similar threads at the time.
I do this from time to time, and I believe it's not an age thing so much as a fat thing. I have some kind of pseudo-scientific idea of some wee pipe being slightly kinked when you're sitting down so there's a bit more that loosens up sometimes when you stand up.
