Round 3: Thought I heard guest John Inverdale give the word BOREDOM when there was only one O in the selection. I may have misheard.

Round 6: Both contestants get their words disallowed :-( Both are OK in Scrabble.

Round 8: Misheard, did David offer LEPEROUS? Need he risk it when opponent declared 5 and LEPROUS was safer? SLEEPOUT/OUTSLEEP One is good the other not !!

Round 13: CRABWISE was good not had time to check if WISEACRE was OK too!! Does BEWARE really take an S?

NOTECARD in round 7 for a beater. Also in round 3, DC declared BOREDOM but there was only one O! I had BEDSORE in that round.

Good luck for octochampdom tomorrow, David!

No, you didn't mishear, Mauro.

So, probably for the first time in Countdown's history, we had a letters round with no legal words given in it by anybody :!: :!: :!:    :o :o :o

FUNDIES/FUSTIAN in round 2, OUTLET/POTFUL in round 4, RELLIES in round 6 and AWAITS/PIETAS in round 9.

1st Numbers Alt.: (((7 x 10) + 10) x 5) - (8 - 3) = 395
2nd Numbers Alt.: (6 x 100) - (7 x 4) + 10 + 5 = 587
3rd Numbers Alt.: (((75 x 3) - 10) x 2) + 7 + 2 = 439

BOREDOM appropriate for John Inverdale, though, which is probably why he thought it was OK.

It wasn't edited out so presumably the production team didn't spot it either.

Just a thought: I understand this week's episodes were recorded two weeks ago meaning it may have been a rush job to get it to C4 on time and consequently overlooked.

I should have added SLEEPOUT is in, but it is hyphenated in OED3.
