Is it me or did the champion say minus 7 plus 4, and Carol (thinking she knows what everyone will say) wrote plus 7 minus 4?

I thought I had scored a perfect game today too (including a 1 second conundrum) until I saw the recap. I missed AQUIFERS, HOMESITE and REVOLUTE but had 7s in all those rounds (FAIREST, HOMIEST, EELPOUT respectively)

Same as. It's all the more frustrating since those are beaters I would ordinarily expect to get - I am going to be soft at the CofC. Not that it matters since I always get drawn against Corby (if he is in the same comp) and my record against Corbus Maximus is dismal.

May I add that Corby is an excellent player - I've played him a few times on here and he's given me some right poundings (if you excuse the expression). You should be OK - not many people would get words like HOMESITE although AQUIFERS was easily obtainable.
