Celebrity Countdown - 1998

Post by Jeff Clayton »

A wee snippet has wormed its way onto that video sharing website which begins with those rather jazzy opening titles and theme.

I liked that theme! And still do now!!

Enjoy

We know, Jeff. It was already mentioned about a day after the video was posted!

But thanks anyway.

And we have Thomas Wood to thank for that!

That episode features the sophisticated Des Lynam. When Richard Whiteley passed away, who knew he would be hosting Countdown?

I'll never forget Carol Vorderman's "Whodunit" tone of voice when she introduced Des Lynam for the first time. Priceless.
