Just noticed this:

My wife went to school with a guy called Archibald Archibald. Honest :!:
I've actually met him and the poor guy's got problems, not surprisingly :(

Not directly equivalent, but I one of my old team-mates is called Robert Roberts. Good player too, former Welsh international now at Barrow.

It's actually also my sister's 20th today, but she only cares about this show if the word CHICKEN appears, but since it hasn't (to my knowledge), she doesn't.

Also a mention (how could we not forget) for Countdown's lovely lexicographer, Susie Dent, who is also celebrating her birthday today as well. Happy birthday, Susie. ;) :) :D  8-)

Thanks for birthday wishes yesterday, all.

Especially well done for absolutely everyone remembering I hate this thread, and choosing instead to leave me Facebook wall birthday messages, where my real friends can see them and think I'm more popular than I really am. Ralph, Eoin, James all let off obviously as they're not on Facebook AFAIK, and Andy 'Birthday Overkill' Wilson let off too as he left me three birthday messages, two of which were on Facebook.

But the real reason for this post (other than to say thanks) is to alert you to the fact that just like I completely won on Phil's birthday, this time it was Ryan's turn to win:

You could have had:
There once was a man from Devon,
Who wished he was more like Kirk Bevin,
But Matt, he was cooler,
Measured his penis with a ruler,
The result in inches? Just short of eleven.

Everyone else did so you don't need it from me. I'm not one for saying happy birthday - who gives a fuck. You'll have a happy birthday whether I say it or not, unless you're in jail or have AIDS.

Nice to see you have the same approach to logic as you do to induction. Maybe by the time next year comes round I'll be in jail with AIDS and get a very happy birthday wish indeed from you.

I like to interpret this post as you being really opposed to measuring your penis in inches rather than centimeters.

PS My penis goes to eleven. It's one louder.
