Well done to him on a successful 10 years on the show, and I hope he enjoys his retirement :)

It's just a shame for him that nobody knew his last day was his last day, that's a crappy way to leave any job.

If Colin became full time host I think that would be great for the show. Let's see though :)

His tweet says he's back in the studio, so must be doing any remaining filming slots this year before finishing for good.

Well, I'm not surprised at that.

When will Nick's contract end?

I think Colin Murray would be great as the permanent host of Countdown! It'll be interesting to see if he remembers me from the last time I was in the studio. He was in Dictionary Corner then. He didn't say a word to me though.
