Least attainable numbers target

I don't think this has been done before - what target from 101 to 999 is the least likely to be gettable? Generally the higher it is the harder, but also numbers with fewer factors are harder. 997 is the highest prime target but it's also only 3 away from a multiple of all the large numbers, which could make it easier. 991 is the next prime, but only 9 away. 983 is only 8 away from a multiple of 25 and 75, but a good 17 away from the nearest multiple of 50 and 100. The highest prime number that's over 10 away from all multiples of the large numbers is 937. So I don't know which number is least attainable but it could be one of these.

937 is going to solvable in a lot of 4 large games though.

I suppose it might be an idea to have least attainable target for each number of large numbers. I wonder if Apterous has any relevant statistics.
