Request regarding users and accounts

I have a request for Charlie. Could he please try to figure out a way for us to recognize users and their accounts. This will prevent something like the "Kerry flap" from ever happening again. (Another ex: I was playing one game and it happened to be against Eddie McCullough. I was completely right. It was Edward McCullough. He had to make a new account for one reason or another.)

Something like this will also prevent me from saying flat out that someone should be banned because they have two accounts.

Charlie, please do something about this.

Hi Jason, I had to make a new account because my old account relates to an old university email address I had that no longer exists, and I couldn't remember the password to the account. I would have preferred to have resubscribed with my old account to prevent any confusion but I decided to sign up with my permanent email address so I would be able to receive email updates.

You could just hold back! I don't really see why it would matter apart from entering the duel twice on the same day.
