wtf? What happened?
Pretty much what it said there. Conor had booked himself on the last train home and missed it. Bee, Anna and I then went with him on a tour of Leicester's budget accommodation hotspots. The YMCA was undergoing a refurbishment and couldn't offer any rooms, the alternative hostel they recommended wasn't interested in Conor unless he was homeless and there was no room at the Premier Inn. Luckily, it turned out that the Stoneycroft was cheaper than we thought.

I enjoyed these very much. More please!

You did a great job organising the day, Jeff. I had a really good time.

How? It's only 10 minutes (max) from Varsity to train station...unless you moved on? It's also in a straight line from Varsity so it can't be missed. Conor, you tool.

Hadn't practised enough or came under pressure - I'm now getting a few wins in on Apterous...

I came under pressure once when I was 13 and I knew mum was only nipping out for about five minutes.

It was a tradition that I carried on from Co:Lon.

When I went to Co:Lon, it was a hot May day, so I thought I'd get pretty hot and sweaty, which I did, so I brought along a couple of spare shirts, so I could change into them every few hours or so.

Whereas it was nowhere near as hot back then in Leicester in October, I'd thought I'd just bring a few interesting shirts along to brighten the mood. I think it worked nicely. :D

With the way the weather's going at the moment though, I might have to bring a few extra jumpers to CoLin next month :!:
