I can bring a board game along. It doesn't have the traditional crappy board game letters distribution, though, so I hope it won't ruin things too much. I've brought it for the past couple of years, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

High quality game. Dave played well and the 30-point margin does not reflect the closeness of the game at all. Unlucky to come up against Liam, who is in great form and today was certainly his biggest test so far.

If your opponent buzzes in on the conundrum before you and gets it wrong, don't guess exactly the same answer a few seconds later. Changing the pronunciation won't fool anyone.

If you're hosting a game, make sure you display the conundrum scramble and not the answer, especially if it's crucial. Graeme will probably remember some idiot screwing this up at COBLIV 2013.
