I bet Zarte was annoyed by missing that numbers game - 837 was possible (25-(2x7))x75+2x6 - but I got the 836
without factoring in the 2 times: (2x6x75)-((25+7)x2)

The 7 points would have equalled Dylan's 974 run and the 10 beaten it (who of course beat Zarte last time round).

Was pleased to get an equaller in PINNULE in R1, but it all went down hill after that.

Congrats to Rob Foster who beat Graeme Cole 67-99 in an exciting final where a 17 point lead turned into a 32 points loss.

Thanks to Heather for offering to help and the MSO team (nothing to do with MSI), we have a provisional date of the bank holiday Monday 28th August 2017. It will run from 10:15 to 18:00 with a lunch break, but as it their last day the medals will be in the closing ceremony which usually ends about 1...

Had Rachel been on the sherry at lunch time? As well as the 80-800 incident and not being able to keep up, she allowed Martin to use a 7 that wasn't in the selection (he had to use 9-2 to make it).

The first game with 8 letter teaser was on 8th December 2003 (FATNURSE=AFTERSUN), so we have had 8s for 13 years.
