Not a bug as such, just a little inconsistency.

This game is listed here (5th December 2009) as being a max game, but on my Superstats page, and the game page itself, the first numbers is counted as a non-max.

So you have this choice between two 8-letter words, which if you get right, you'll probably get your first ever max game.
