Two of my favourite recent discoveries for silly band names (good to listen to too!) are Nuclear Rabbit and Anal Cunt.

Hmm, changing player valuations is one feature that really puts me off. I don't have the time to manage a team that closely to take advantage, and I find it just introduces too much guesswork.

The reason I like fantasyleague.com is that the transfers are limited, so ou can do them at any time, but you get 25 for the whole season, and 5 per month. This is a good balance, and while you do get a few players in everyone's teams, it's not wise to swap for form players constantly simply because...

Charlie - I've just spotted that ALT-O gives -ISES and -ISES rather than -ISES and -ISED. This means I've missed at least one -ISED word, probably a handful, but they'll be a while back in my trawl. I suspect this may have caused quite a few omissions.

Can I just remind everyone that if a word is given as a noun subentry then you must include the plural, however silly it sounds. For example, ACQUISITIVENESS is marked as a noun under ACQUISITIVE, so ACQUISITIVENESSES should be given. This won't apply to nouns that are alternatives for other words ...

I was entering plurals of derived nouns, even when they sounded like mass nouns. After all, if all the -nesses are in, why the hell not!

Good on you mate, I'm now cruising other peoples uniques, fascinating insight into peoples psyche. You can also tell who plays from their own accumulated vocabulary (some lovely words) and those who memorise all the regular countdown words (empty space!) I do like my list of uniques - no idea where...

How about a bonus point as in rugby for a certain margin of victory (say 25 or 30 points), rather than just a century? I like this idea, although a percentage would be better. As for dropping goatdown, I think it works quite well. Separate record of the different formats could be published as well ...
