OK, so back to David Cameron. Rishi Sunak has literally just taken some guy off the street to be his foreign secretary. He is not an MP and was not in the House of Lords. It could have been you. It could have been me. It could have been Brian Cox (either of them). But it just happened to be David C...

Ridiculous that OUTGRABES has found its way into the dictionary. OUTGRABE is used in The Jabberwocky as the past tense (of outgribe according to Humpty Dumpty) and you can't stick an s on the end. Aye, but it's there outgrabe VERB Used as a nonsense word: (most frequently) to emit a strange noise.....

My parents used to have a copy of Constable's The Haywain in their (incredibly 1970s) front room. I didn't know you have copies of things at the time, sooo, yeah. Surely you're used to pacing yourself in km so that makes sense. My watch is in km, my Edge (used for longer cycles) is in miles. But Strava shows everything in km anyway. C2 leads C1 by 15 points going into the last letters game. C1 declares a 9. C2 then declares a risky 9. C1's word is just the letters spelt out as they are in the selection and disallowed. It's up and down. Mars bars suddenly got bigger, then got smaller again.
According to google "In the 1980s, a standard Mars bar weighed 49g, increased to 65g in the 1990s and dropped to 51g today."
Of course there's the sugar tax too now...
