... customers are hopelessly bewildered about this change ... tbf that was me - I hadn't heard about it, and it appeared to be only the semi-skimmed that had the clear caps so I was looking for green amongst the blue and red. I've removed the note on the wiki. It's not a word, it's 3 letters in the middle of a sequence . It only becomes a thing by drawing attention to it. We don't censor the word woggle for example.
