Was "Chain Letters" 1-on-1 action? Chain Letters was 3 contestants. Although that's reminded me of another one - what was that crossword game show? Was that one on one? Or possibly there was a team of two? That was Cross Wits I believe and that was two teams of two, although it was normal...

And I don't think it was ever predicated on the contestants being famous, just really good at what they do. Actually they were. The competition was for people who were previous gameshow winners.
