I did a parkrun this morning- not sure if it counts for anything?

It was very up hill and down dale, hence my 43:58 time! Fastest was just under 20m so presumably a good indicator of the difficulty?

I have realised that England are playing USA in the (Football) World Cup on the Friday night. Looking at pubs, the #1 place seems to be the Midsummer Tap.
